Q: What's the Cost of Postage?


If you are within the U.S and your order is over $75 USD, your order will be shipped free.

If you are outside of the U.S and your order is over $100 USD your order will be shipped free.

Q: When is My Order Shipping?


All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment. You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.

Q: Why Haven't I Received a Tracking Number?


A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it is shipped. If you have not received an email with in five business days after placing your order, please contact us here.

Q: Can I Cancel My Order After You've Shipped It?


We are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped. Once received, it may be eligible for a return.

Q: What's Your Return Policy?


Luminesk provides a 14 day returns policy. We are not obligated to offer you a full refund or exchange If you contact us 14 days after receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in (with Luminesk tag and Luminesk dust bag).

If you meet the above criteria, please contact us to organise your return here where you will receive a return number I.D to include on your packaging.

Q: Why is My Tracking Number Invalid?


When shipping items from international suppliers, it takes several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS website.

Q: Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?


We have several warehouses internationally. If the item you have purchased is not in stock at the same warehouse, your items may be shipped separately. We aim to ship and deliver your items at a similar time frame.

Q: I Have Damaged My Beloved Bag


Though we make sure our Luminesk bags are manufactured to a high and durable standard, sometimes having too much fun with them (e.g. dancing the night away) can provide unwanted harm to your beloved Luminesk bag.

We do not cover bag replacements for wear and tear but if you feel your bag is faulty and breaks with in four weeks of receiving it, please contact us via our support form and we will see what we can do.

Q: Can I Purchase a Replacement Strap?


We have several bags with cross body straps. If you are after a replacement cross body strap, please contact us via our support form and you can purchase a replacement for a small cost.
